...pottery art, XL Papaya sculpture colourful home decor A LARGE hollow ceramic Terra Cotta papaya sculpture, brightly painted (not glazed) in yellow, oranges and green, the central pips are like little mushrooms on delicate stalks. Perfect as a colourful statement piece in a sunroom, on a dining table or coffee table and a perfect talking piece. Signed on the side Hilda Mexico, I have not been able to trace down this maker. The piece is 16.5 inches long x 9 inches wide x 4-3/4 inches high. There is a sticky mark and some paint loss on the side of the signature, as well as some paint loss to the bottom of the piece. All little pips seem to be present and accounted for.
