Large Picture Jasper Brooch Pendant Gold Tone Polished Oval Cabochon Brutalist

Vintage modernist/brutalist brooch pendant with a large picture jasper cabochon set in a gold tone metal setting with a brutalist design. The jasper is brown and gray with the mineral deposit color deposits creating a unique and mesmerizing landscape. The modernist setting accentuates the stone and gives the whole piece a great mid-century modern vibe. This piece sports a pin to wear it as a brooch as well as a loop for a chain to wear as a pendant. Very good vintage condition. The metal has a bit of wear where the gold tone playing has rubbed off and shows the silver base metal underneath. 1.5" wide by 1 7/8" long
