Large Wind Chime with Dolphin and Anchor

Vintage, shows wear - see photos. Lovely sounding metal wind chime made of yellow and black pipes. The top is a wooden dolphin, then the metal chimes hang from a wooden circle under the dolphin. In the middle is a piece of wood between the chimes and hanging below everything is a wooden anchor. Wooden anchor is broken but fixed with tape. Would be a great DIY or restoration piece. Sounds lovely!
