🇨🇦 Late 60s & Early 70s Flower Power Bold Brooch

A few years back I bought out of desperation, this piece off another site and paid well over what I'm asking for here. I pinned it to the waist of a vintage mod dress for a wedding. It's quite eye catching as I received many compliments on it. I don't really know if it's a damage spot but there's a tiny spot missing enamel and it's actually difficult to see. Perhaps happened in manufacturing process. It doesn't stick out because my girlfriend couldn't see it when I asked if she saw anything.
