Laundry By Shelli Segal Black and Cream Long Sleeve Dress

A 1990s/Y2K take on 60s style. Long sleeve turtleneck dress with removable felt belt. Would look great with a cream or black beret. Brand: Laundry size says 6 but fits smaller. Bust is approximately 14” wide laying flat (top portion is very stretchy though). Approximately 16” at hips (laying flat). Skirt portion has an inner liner. Might be a great Halloween costume. reminds me a lot of the Clueless era clothing.
