A 1990s/Y2K take on 60s style. Long sleeve turtleneck dress with removable felt belt. Would look great with a cream or black beret. Brand: Laundry size says 6 but fits smaller. Bust is approximately 14” wide laying flat. Approximately 16” at hips (laying flat). Skirt portion has an inner liner. Top portion (black) has lots of stretch to it but has a fitted fit.
