This silky scarf-print miniskirt has major Versace vibes! Designed in Los Angeles by Shelli Segal for Laundry. It is 100% polyester. It does look as though someone tried to modify the waistband at one point, but it is not noticeable (see last photo). Size 14, measurements as follows: Waist: 17 inches Hips: 22 inches
