This is the cutest little delicate top from the brand Laundry by Shelli Segal in a size small. Mint seafoam green color with polka dot print. Smocked throughout the entire bodice. Little ruffles at the collar, hem and sleeves. Length is about 20”. Bust unstretched measures 28” but lots of stretch with the smocked fabric. Tiny keyhole at the back of the neck 8M
