💥 Laundry by Shelly Segal blue halter dress

This beautiful flowy dress is brand new with tags and was never worn, however… It has hung in the closet long enough that the cats and kids had their way with it, it needs a good dry cleaning, and maybe some repairs. I live in a very rural area and don’t have access to dry cleaning or tailoring services so it is being sold AS IS. There’s a pen stain on the front left side, see photo, and some tiny holes throughout the bottom, again see photos. For someone willing to give it a good cleaning and overlook its flaws this beautiful once pricey dress could still see some life in a casual or formal setting. Size M.
