Laura Petites Tulip Skirt

I love this skirt. This tulip skirt is great for the office and for twirling 💃!! The seams down the skirt make it feminine and more interesting than your typical pencil skirt. It's had a life, but it's far from retirement. Has some pilling on the right side, which I've shown in the pictures. 9.5/10 condition.
