Laura black dress, size 11/12! Umpire waist & halter style!

Laura black dress worn once. Had a flower on the empire style waste but I removed it- has a stitch of thread where the flower was but not noticeable. You can add a belt or bow to add more detail to the dress. Mini dress; very flattering and can dress up/down. Size: 11/12. Halter style dress. Dress up with heels; dress down with cute sneakers and leather or Jean jacket!
