Laura ruffled tiered floral cocktail dress size 16

This stunning NWOT cocktail dress by Laura was only worn one day at a wedding. It's size 16 but that is deceiving, because I normally wear a size 12 or 14 and it fit perfectly, the style is loose and flowing so it worked very well. The blue, Green and Purple colors in this chiffon dress are gorgeous! Laura sells this dress every year in a different color and this is one of the prettiest combinations I have ever seen of it.
