Laura sleeveless black cocktail dress

This is a plus size dress but the size and composition tags are removed. See measurements below but is probably a size 16. Lovely lined A-style dress. Empire waist. Black lining with polkadot sheer over top that has a sheen to it at different angles. The dress flows beautifully. Very soft and lightweight. PTP = 22” Length = 47”
