The skirt is in excellent used condition. It has a hidden elastic waist band and is fully lined in black polyester. The polkadots measure 1/4 “ across. The skirt is a perfect weight for summer. 95% polyester/4% spandex, so this has some nice stretch. Machine wash, hang to dry. Wrinkle resistant.
