Lauren Jeans Co. Premium Denim Straight Leg Mid Rise size 12

Reposhing this item I purchased from @cleopawsh. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Great classic jeans with regular fit, slightly cropped! In good used condition. Some wear and some thinning but still life left. I washed them but never wore as they don’t fit. Sized as 12 and the measurements match the size tag but due to these having zero stretch, I would size down! See the tags and the approximate measurements in the pictures above. Questions?
