I suspect these to be circa 90s classic cargo shorts, perfect coastal vibes if paired with a white and red striped tee. Throw a cable knit sweater on over your shoulders and some Sperry deck shoes and you’re all set. In great used, nearly vintage condition. See pics for measurements.
