Layered Floral Skirt

Really pretty layering 100% cotton The skirt is definitely rich navy/royal blue, not at all faded like some of the photos look. Asymmetrical hem The waistband has some sort of modification made that you can’t see from the outside, I’m not sure why, maybe it was loose. I bought it like that. Not the best sewing, but it doesn’t show when worn!
