Layered Ruffle Black Lace Tunic

in excellent no flaws condition * pit to pit 19 inches * length 29.5 inches Tag says size Large but I wear it as a loose fitting tunic over jeans and it looks cute (I’m usually a size Small) I also have this exact same top in cream * difficult to show in photos what it looks like bc it’s black; go see the cream colour one in my listing to see what this looks like
