Gorgeous tulle, ruffled layered skirt with layers of tulle ruffles with small dot pattern. Gorgeous neutral colour and elastic waist. Half waist is 14” across unstretched and 18” when stretched, equaling approx 8-10 size skirt. Skirt is 32” long. Skirt lists as OS. 100% polyester, machine wash cold. Excellent used condition.
