unfortunately I am in Canada and that could be the problem. I know that I haven't been able to figure out how to purchase from the USA

@annettebarke956 I have run into this problem. I’m in Canada and wanted to order something from the US. The girl in the US did the work and sent it to me and I was able to carry on. I don’t know how she did it, but it worked.
