Le Chateau Off Shoulder Pencil Dress

Only worn once to a fancy dinner, but I'm changing my wardrobe up and want it to go to someone who will appreciate it ☺️ This dress may look black, but it's actually a navy blue! It has a double layer of ruffled fabric around the collar which has a thin silicon band around the inside to keep it from slipping down as you wear it. Closed via a zipper in the back. Very comfortable and high-quality crepe knit fabric. Measurements lying flat: Bust - 15-17" Waist - 11-14" Hip - 15-18" Note that this woven fabric has a lot of stretch and will conform to your body!
