Le Chateau Retro Swing Dance Polka Dot Dress

Black with small white polka dots. Zipper closure on back. Dress flares out a bit when you spin. Layer of black soft fabric under the skirt section. The only flaw is the almost breaking belt shown in the second last photo. When you wear the belt with this dress, the flaw is not noticeable to others.
