Beautiful shimmer royal blue dress from Le Chateau. This dress is NWT. It is in new condition, spare diamond button. Smooth zipper. The material is very, very durable and stretchy. Has spandex in it, I believe. It looks low cut on maniquin ,however, it is not . Adjustable wraparound belt. This dress isn't made anymore and is new. Perfect for a wedding or special event.
