Satin top dress with stretchy polyester bottom. Beautiful front lapel ruffle detail. Size small. Top has very little stretch, but the bottom is very stretchy. Ruching down sides and back of skirt. Worn twice. Edit.. I have reduced the price from $90 to $60 because I just noticed the thread is coming out of the bottom hem.
