Le Chateau prom dress size XS *Flaws

Le Chateau dress with black top and red and black plaid bottom size XS. The dress has some snags (see last pictures), most would not be noticeable while wearing and price has been adjusted accordingly. Despite it’s flaws I think it has some life left and could find a happy place in someone’s wardrobe. Flat measurements: bust 13.25”, waist 11.5”, length 27”.
