Very unique cocktail dress, open to offers, comes with hanger and garment bag. wore as a wedding guest during the spring and summer, and got a lot of compliments! Has a chiffon layer that drapes over the bust and continues with a chiffon trail over the shoulder. Some safety pin holes at the shoulder and a small mark on part of the chiffon, but the way it drapes hides this.
