@sunnypike New dress w/ tags attached; no any discoloration. The mannequin is 61 inch measured from top of the SHOULDER to the floor. Can be cut out at the bottom if need to fit shorter person. Thanks

@jennylo395 Hi, I uploaded few more pictures and a video taken outdoor. Pit to pit is 17" +, as per open back, waist is 14.5", and the hip is any, as the skirt is drapes and flows :)
