Le Creuset Round Skinny Grill Pan Enamelled Cast Iron Blue Made in France

Vintage Le Creuset skinny grill pan, in very good use condition. Like all Le Creuset enamelled cast iron, this workhorse of a pan was made in France. Fits beautifully on round burners for nice, even results. Easy to maneuver dual handles. Light wear as can be seen in the photos, consistent with normal use. No chips in the enamel but there is surface scuffing (from sliding in/out of oven) Very minor buildup from cooking (see PICs) Embossing on the handles read: Le Creuset / France / 26 10” diameter not including handles, 12.5” with I wash with hot water, using scrub brush and dish soap as necessary, then dry thoroughly (should not be stored damp). Occasionally I apply a VERY thin coating of cooking oil to the cooking surface and heat at 300° for 5-6 minutes to restore lustre. To deep clean and remove any cooking buildup, a little elbow grease and a paste of baking soda a water does the trick (both inside and out). I think this is Marseille Blue (but I’ve had this so long… the box is long gone!). 🐝 from a clean, pet & smoke-free home
