hollyfalk85 @rlf2275 hi there. The top is stretchy. Also I do not have anything to measure the length at this time but I can tell you that I am 5’6 in height and the dress falls just past my knees. I will give you the exact measurement of the dress soon as I can get a hold of a measuring tape. Sorry for late response I have been away for awhile. Hope this helps. Cheers
