Leather Strap Booty Shorts

I suspect these shorts have been mislabeled - I have 39” hips, which mean they SHOULD fit, but they won’t even go on over my thighs (22.5”), so… yeah. They come with removeable straps, and are in excellent condition aside from the fact that the lining in the crotch area seems to have come unglued and will need to be repaired (shown in pictures). Short measurements: Waist: 15”
