is the jacket able to be sinched at the bottom? or is it more loose fitting/cropped

@immaterialalex um, it has somewhat of a decorative belt that can cinch it maybe a couple inches but only on one side- which is why I think it's more for decoration. The waist is pretty much how it looks.
