gieblackdahlia @letiziapulella Hi Letitia! I received this brown leather bracelet on April 27, just in time for my husband’s birthday. Unfortunately, the very first time he tried it on, a tiny round magnet piece fell off from one of the ends of the clasp/closure and he couldn’t put it back in place. Therefore the bracelet doesn’t remain safely on his wrist. It pulls off all the time. That is a defect you have to be made aware of, I think.

Can you please consider a compensatory option, cause I do not want to escalate to Poshmark and cause you any inconvenience. I sincerely hope we can come to a mutual agreement to solve this issue.
