Legionnaire - Figurine from the legendary French comic book saga: "Asterix"

Legionnaire ( Ancient European Soldier) action figure from the adventure of " Asterix the Gallic "; series of cult French comics. The series first appeared on the Franco-Belgian comics magazine Pilote on 29 October 1959. Written by Renée Goscinny and illustrated by Albert Underzo until the death of Goscinny in 1977 Underzo then took over the writing until 2009, when he sold the rights to publishing compagnie Hachette. Made in small high-density plastic (PVC), the pre-owned figure is approximately 8 cm heigh and in excellent used condition( see photos ). This mustachioed legionnaire armed with a spear is a rare and very nice collectible plastoy figure to add to your collection or perfect for a great special and fun gift !
