Legit purchased in Italy small Versace dress

Is dresses never been worn? It's brand new. It was bought and Brown you and Italy from Versace. store. I don't have any receipts. Because I picked it up from an estate Sale and they didn't have any authenticity. But you can tell by the tag that it's real and it's never been worn by looking at the dress.
