Lemax Spooky Town Birdhouse Haunted Mini Figurine Halloween Accessory Used

Up for sale is a mini figurine accessory from the Lemax Spooky Town Halloween village series. It’s a spooky haunted birdhouse. The mini figurine was purchased from Michaels in 2015. The birdhouse was displayed on a shelf previously for a couple of Halloween seasons, but has been in storage in the original packaging for several years. The plastic clamshell packaging has some wear and tear. There is a tear on one side, but it does still close. The clasp points are a bit crumpled from use. The birdhouse is in great condition. It’s an accent figurine meant add more life to a village scene. The figurine depicts a decrepit birdhouse with a spider, pumpkins and bones on the piece. A skeletal bird rests on top. The figurine has some imperfections in the paint and sculpt as is common with small figurines. It appears there is a chunk of resin not properly cleaned out of the centre wreath at the middle of the birdhouse. This is a factory error from the production process as it was painted over. Please expect some imperfections with the paint job. The birdhouse is a little over 4.5 inches in height. My items come from a smoke free environment.
