Hi! Good question, I just tried them on again and I would say it depends on the shape of your foot. The shoe becomes quite narrow at the toe, so if you have wider feet (I do) then they would feel like a 7.5. For a narrower foot, I think it would feel like an 8. Hope that makes sense! :)
