Lenovo ThinkPad E15

Lenovo ThinkPad E15. Purchased new in 2020 for school (paid $1209). Windows 10. It runs a little slow in my impatient opinion but I have had it looked at by both Lenovo and a third party IT and both say it is fine. I have attached a photo of the device health diagnostics. I was told may be faster if newer version of windows was installed. Only ever used for internet, webinars and writing papers! Paid $1,209 four years ago, asking $350.
