Obtained from an estate sale, these lovely cardinal bird salt and pepper shakers are in mint condition.  The cardinal is sometimes said to be a symbol of hope and renewal.  The male cardinal is often associated with vitality, strength and renewal.  Some believe cardinals are a sign of hope, wisdom or blessings, or that their appearance is a sign from angels.
