* Low rise mini skirt with handkerchief hem * Vintage 1970's leopard patterned stretchy material * Narrow roll under waist band, wear it even shorter if you dare * Handmade using knit jersey fabric remnants * Body of skirt is lined, ruffles are not ** I have discounted this skirt as I inserted the lining after making the skirt realizing is was far too sheer. There are very minor imperfections on the inside.
