The skirt is kinda full. About 29,5 inches wide measured laying flat. And it's got 2 nice pockets! The waist is elasticated so you don't need belt but it comes with a cute belt if you love belt. CONDITION ▪︎I think this is vintage but I'm not sure if its from before or after 2000. ▪︎Worn a couple of times. ▪︎Clean. Like new. ▪︎There's a teeny thread snag, at the back right corner, above the waist line. It's not noticeable unless you're really search for it. (See Last Photo). The fact that it's animal print makes it even harder to see any flaws.
