Leopard high/low wrap maxi skirt size size xl item 05-22

In like new condition worn once. Measurements laying flat Waist 16 inches Front waist to hem 20.5 inches Skirt is 100% polyester. Really great piece for vacation or to wear over bathing suit. Model photo is of similar skirt not exact same. I am 5 4” and a size 12 please see photo to see fit.
