sexyslovak Isn't it gorgeous? Its considered a small petite! however I wear size Medium/Large and it fits me. Its a very flattering & slimming style. The material is; Cotton & Spandex so it has stretch to the fabric

sexyslovak @jenneale Hey love, I just remeasured it because something didn't sound correct with that measurement! and in fact it is 25 1/2" at the shoulder.
