HI. I'm very interested in making an offer on your HF suit 44R. Couple of questions please. 1) How much room is left to let out in the waist and inseam on the pants. 2) Is total length of the coat from top or bottom of collar. 3) It's not clear in the picture but can you confirm that the pants are flat front.
