Got them from urban outfitters! Originally 36 waist but i got them tapered to about 30 inches I would say. I think it should fit anyone from 29-31inch waist. They are a tiny bit to big for me and I fit a 27/28 waist! Perfect condition

where were these altered...legs waist?

@pincsocks the waist was altered. it was 31 inches and then the seamstress said they took out 3 inches but my waist is too small still (i wear 27/28). should fit 29-30 inch waist. the legs were not hemmed
