Levis 501 High Rise Short Size 29

Fabulous high rise levis shorts, in size 29. I wanted a baggier fit (as I wear a size 27). I have taken the tags off but have never worn them outside. They are essentially new with tags, but I ripped them off and then couldn't exchange. Will rebuy a size 28. Wash is Athens.
