Levi's 510 Skinny jeans

Okay, well, I'm listing these as women's but... what's with the '20 reg'? Are they actually boys jeans? Anyway, they fit pretty great if I do say so myself. Actual quoted size is 30 x 30, but I've included all measurements in photos so you can judge for yourself (I would say they fit like a 28). I also don't know if the hole in the knee is part of the look or... otherwise. Thinking the former. In short, these are pretty great jeans, in excellent condition.
