smnthnmnn @mgborja24 Hi. I measured the hip in a couple spots. They are 20" accross lying flat at the bottom of the zipper and 21" lying flat at the top of the inseam.

smnthnmnn @mgborja24 @mgborja24 Hi. I was going off the label pictured on the back of the pant. I looked up 516 and it looks like this is a newer style, but there is a possibility that the label could be incorrect. I do not know much about reading the tags for a production year, but I would assume that these were purchased in late 80s or early 90s and they are a men's pant.
