ehtersono @nicolehb13 Hi, the hip measurement here is really what you might also call a thigh measurement: from the crotch seam to the outseam on one side.

ehtersono @nicolehb13 Hi, the rise is 11" so I measured half way down, 5.5" down from the waist. Seam to seam across is approximately 19", fabric edge to edge is about 19.75"
