Levis Vintage high rise Denim Shorts

Reposhing this item I purchased from @vrnk27. Really nice shorts but sadly they don't quite fit. description from original seller: Size is unknown. I purchased these in a thrift store and they had been labelled as a size 27 but I think they are smaller than that. I've included photos with measurements. After some googling it seems these might be from the seventies. Has a tag on the back pocket that reads: 'Movin On'. Imperfection photos included as well.
