You have the size listed as 23, do these fit a bit smaller than a 24?

@bethanywat sorry that was my mistake, they are a 24! They were tight when I was a size 24 but they are also stretchy and comfy so they may be able to fit a 23 or small 25. But I can send the measurements if you’re interested!
