decadesdeep Yes I spent some time writing you today and they’re shutting me out in every way imaginable. They say they’ve sent me a return label but they have not. They don’t advise me as to whether to accept the order or not. There’s no conversation as to whether they’re sending you another shipping label so I can get the proper product without you incurring extra cost. Quite confusing. Their AI accuses me of trying to sell outside of their portal for example when I write you! I hate that!

decadesdeep I just sent them/PM a detailed letter giving them a bit of a spanking for being somewhat out to lunch here, and requesting that a human being get involved and communicate to you and me and I told them what I’m looking for which is a new shipping label for you and a return label for me. Hopefully they can sort that out, because they’ve profited handsomely on our interactions, wouldn’t you agree?

decadesdeep Well to make matters even funnier, one of my emails to PM just now didn’t even send – it was to an unattended mailbox. So I had to reconsolidate my two mailings because I don’t know which one was refused by their system, and send the both of them to PM and I clearly indicated I want you to receive another free shipping label to send me the 40” waist, and I want them to send me the CANADA POST return label so I can return the 42” unit back to you. So now we wait and let’s see what happens!

decadesdeep Well I just heard the news. I’ve got the shipping label now (they had a glitch generating that earlier). But they clearly stated that if I’m to get a refund I have to send the entire order back for a full refund. Do you want me to do that? Or just send back the single pair of Levi’s?

decadesdeep Well I can send them back to you, but apparently they want me to send the entire order back which to me is a hassle. If I just send the Levi’s back you’ll get your jeans back but I probably won’t get a refund. They were explicit in saying PM does not do exchanges. It’s either keep the wrong size which I don’t want or return the entire order for a refund.How do you want to play this?

decadesdeep OK that’s a good plan. You can trust that I will do my end. I’m just unearthing my printer so that I can print the label out, and I’ll be heading to the post office probably on Wednesday to get this thing in the system. Or maybe I’ll do it tomorrow just in case PM has a 48 hour cut off period they may want to enforce.

decadesdeep Label printed! I’ll bag the jeans and put them back in that box they came in tape it tight, label it, and drop it at the post office tomorrow/Tuesday. Thanks Brad! PS that XXXL Levis shirt that came with, is just the perfect fit. Any smaller and I would’ve been toast. I’m curious what size jacket/blazer do you fit into, if you even have such an item which I’m sure you do. That’s tricky for me.

decadesdeep Yeah I do XXXL in an iron heart denim jac (a precision fit + no extra, good length on the arms though, shoulders chest good but basically tight all around as a moto jac should fit) – think you’re bigger than me so a 4x IH makes sense. & hassle? – yer gonna have to thro in an extry fer Ol’ Paul! Haha
